Pros:

Been using for 4 years and all I can say that it's really easy to use in terms of integration with traffic sources to setting up the campaigns and the user interface is really clean and easy to see the data. When running the campaigns, I able to see all the data that I want in order to optimize the campaigns and so far, all the data is reliable and my campaigns are performing. The account manager is very helpful and fast response. They have implemented new features such as fraud alert, traffic distribution AI and many more. The mobile app was easy to use to monitor the campaigns wherever I go. Previously, the mobile wasn't user friendly but the latest version was improved and fast as well.

Cons:

It's a little bit pricey compare to other competitors but it's stable and has all the features that I want

I"m a media buyer and i'm using Voluum for 4 years now. It's an amazing tracking tool, really easy to use and set up. Everything is made to make your life easier when you want to create, analyze and optimize your marketing campaigns. The customer support is amazing! I've never had an experience with a support like that with any other platform. They are always available, super patient and very helpful. They can always find a solution for you (special thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]). It's a must-have !

Cons:

There is nothing really that I dislike in Voluum. If there is any issue, I contact the support and they resolve it.

Very disappointed with Voluum business Ethics and customer Service.

Horrible. If you think your account has been canceled, it probably hasn't, and you can expect an unexpected charge on your Credit Card, so enjoy that. Then if you get in touch with support to try and remedy the situation, they will tell you to go pound sand, and they are much happier keeping your money. They will tell you about all the hidden language inside their contract that allows them to basically do whatever they want to customers, and they really don't care if you don't like it.

Decent tracker, with plenty of data options once you figure out how to set everything up. But don't plan on getting any help from Voluum themselves with any questions about setup or similar because they aren't interested in helping.

Cons:

The WORST thing about this software is the group of people behind the product. This is a group of MONEY HUNGY people with absolutely ZERO business ethics or interest in customer happiness. Judging by their latest Price TRIPLING out of the blue . YES the cost of a house mortgage, and no real warning for existing customers, and leaving people to scramble for new tracking solutions in a matter of days, they are now one of the most HATED companies in the affiliate marketing space. Congrats on your terrible business ethics Voluum!

Pros:

Good UI enables customize for every need. Very suitable for media buying agencies with many options to optimize and handle large-scale of campaigns easily.Very good API to enable automation for more advanced users.

Cons:

There is a learning curve, as there are many features and options, so it might take some time to maximize all system capabilities fully.

Pros:

I am a small affiliate agency. that meant I and my team have a lot of tasks always. Volume does a lot of things on my behalf quickly, easily and safely. Even, they looking for new traffic sources.

Cons:

To be honest, it is not cheap. The traffic I'm doing now through volume is over two million visits a day However, it is attractive to be able to receive these services reliably for that amount of money.

Voluum is 100% scammers

I decided to stop working with this scam company once they overcharged me and requested refund in skype chat with CSR but got this: " we do not have any refund policy. " Please note, this is PREPAID service, not postpaid. Please stay away from this company, there are lots of trackers now offering competitive service for MUCH lower price ans well as MUCH more adequate support

The tracker itself is OK. The support and customer service is terrible. I paid for subscription for years, until they decided without any agreement, without any notify to charge my paypal account . Nothing changed, neither service or features, just price. No notice, no agreement.

Pros:

Integration with a huge number of traffic sources is a hugely useful feature, allowing us to speed up analysis and optimisation by having everything together in one platform. Having the ability to use the same platform to purchase DSP traffic is also another quick feature to reach wider audiences. Customer Service is outstanding with great response times and the dedicated support at the higher level is excellent.

Cons:

No specific detractors for Voluum. The platform has lots of uses, so picking things up straight out of the box isn't the easiest, but it's a quick learning experience.

Pros:

My favorite aspect of Voluum is its API integration ability with my traffic sources. That allows me to see all of the data I want in one place and eliminates the need for me to spend hours each day manually updating my tracker and my traffic source with data from each other. It successfully displays large amounts of traffic data in a way that is easy for me to scan quickly and make decisions quickly.

Cons:

Voluum is a complex platform. It is highly customizable and comes with very thorough customer service help. Having said that, it is definitely helpful to have some technical skills if you are going to set it up (or have someone on hand to help you).

Tracking tool without complications

I have been working with Voluum for small clients, but to work on big clients I need a platfrom that is able to provide me with more insights on how to optimize and that has more functionalities.

Pros:

Implementation is easy, which is a big plus. User interphase and navigation are clear. Its integrated with the main advertising platforms, meaning set up is not complicated.

Cons:

The information you can get lacks granularity. You cant get detailed information. There is no possibility of tracking cross device, which is a big disadvantage.
