Dealer.com works with everyone we need them to, integrates as needed, and offers a dedicated performance rep to ensure all stays on track.

Have good relationships with the reps we have had (they do seem to change quite a bit).

The back-end of the software is very easy to use. Changes can be made instantly and pushed directly to our website and to the AutoTrader.

My overall experience as a marketer with Dealer.com is frustrating. My stress levels increased every time I had to go into the back end.

Of course, it is hard to say how backend and operations are for those sites, but Dealer.com needs to get into the game for things that multitudes see.

Dealer.com is an approved vendor for all our manufacturers (5 brands). They can easily share information with each other and this is why we've been with them for so long.

I use this for my dealer's website. It makes quick edits easy which is nice.

It offers many tools and is user friendly. It is multi functional and handles many of my needs for the dealership.

This program is easy to use. I trained myself on how to operate it, however there are helpful tutorials available if needed.

If you know how to code yourself, I find it difficult to modify their website.

I have used this for over three years and am always happy with the updates and ease of use.

Everything about Dealer.com just feels old and sluggish. It has been passed by time.

The websites are slow and the text is very hard to read.

It gives you a ton of data on our your site performance. Pretty easy to make changes to your site.

It is easy to make changes in their backend tool to your website. Support team is great help and usually in a timely manner.

It was good using this product while having other Dealer.com services, but I would not choose it otherwise.

It has THE WORST page editor I've ever experienced in my life. We are in the 21st Century and this platform can't find a way to pause the live page while you are editing.

Hard to make your website standout with their old designs. We had multiple blackouts, too.

The best part is the customer service and how they will jump to fix any problem. My website also looks pretty nice.

I like that it can house several Dealer.com products at once: analytics for websites, paid search, and more.

The backend tool allows me to build my own pages, add creative, etc. I like how I can get in and see inventory, change things as needed. Updates are pretty quick.

Dealer.com is a great platform for eCommerce. It lists products, pictures, prices and other relevant information.

Easy to build webpages, large media library, great informational reporting, and the support staff is friendly and always willing to help.

It's easy to use and whatever is not able to be accessed there is a tech support line that's ready to help you.

Our dealership has used dealer.com for approximately 5 years now and they have been great. Always there to help when we need it from the support team to our account managers.

The websites look great and are form functioning across multiple different sites, making integration easy for pricing, images, and just about anything you may need.

This product is easier to use and navigate. I like that I can print the customer credit application right from the main page.

We like how user friendly it is for inventory integration and pushing vehicles out to 3rd party sites.

My new rep was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me today.

The support team helps me a lot resolving my issues.

Great wonderful comprehensive, all basic and advanced systems, posting systems is excellent will save us a lot of money.

Support (Representative) was great helping me sign up with dms oap crm experian.

I feel like this software has so many features...almost too many but when they are all mastered, I feel like it will be excellent.

It was only frustrating when I didn't know how to use it.

Forgetting my password and having to log in everyday can sometimes be annoying.

I love how DealerCenter's DMS is so easy to navigate. We stepped away from DealerCenter for a couple years and came back because it is better than anything else out there.

It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.

After its all said and done I wish I would have spent the money to get a better quality system. The bare bones of the system is Ok but to get all the nice features there is upcharge after up charge.

I was referred to DealerCenter's DMS by a friend and i'm glad i did because it's so easy to use. Glad i didnt got with Frazier or V12.

I think the CRM is awesome and great that we can start entering customers by scanning driver licenses.

Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.

Dealer center allows us to communicate professionally, keep it visually stimulating, and be as effective as possible with clientelling.

Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.

Overall, our experience with DealerCenter has been great.

DealerCenter is extremely helpful and we love the fast book feature for the NADA, which Frazer doesn't offer easily.

You are restricted to the number of Auto check pulls based on your plan which can be a disappointing when looking for vehicles.

Dealer Center Software and the CRM seems easy to use and has good descriptions and is easy to follow. I love the mobile device and how you can send out bulk text and emails to your customers.

Ease of use , and integration to my other systems. Way better than cars for sale  unlimited options.

Horrible, SCAM, Wont cancel the account, charging double what agreed on.

This system integrates everything. It makes it easy to keep up with your clients and keep track of your inventory with ease.

I haven't used it too much yet but  I like the integration and ease to send to WestLake directly with ease.

Most of it is easy to use. Having all the emails and texts in one place, templates are great, sending photos and carfax all from a text is good.
