Even with the premium features, the price is worth the upgrade and you can have one account for your business to run multiple flows.

Having more controls and flexibility in the type of interface you can create would be spectacular. Otherwise, a solid product with outstanding support and a collaborative community of automation.

It has been the first software I used for automation and multi tasking and so far I love it. I am looking forward to more improvements in the future to see what more can be automated.

Also it is only applicable to simple tasks, things tend to go out of hand when tasks get complex. Otherwise no much complaints.

Overall I am quite happy with the ease of use for this software. I would have loved to use power automate to send emails through my Gmail to avoid using mail mergers.

Other than the occasional email about a failed workflow, everything works just as intended.

This is a big disadvantage because as a company, we work with external vendors who use other cloud based systems.

The company is untrustworthy and has made very poor business decisions to the detriment of a large user community. And just when they were starting to get good, too - such a shame.

The code used is low level and very easy to understand. The software is easy to deploy in the company from the first day and benefits are seen almost immediately.

The flow wizard is amazing for those who are unfamiliar. It helps in connecting to data sources from other products other than Microsoft.

The best feature of Power Automate is that it allows an impressive amount of automation with nearly any system that you could throw at it.

I love that with some more advanced skills you can still use the platform to complete some more complex automation at low cost.

Power Automate is extremely easy and simple to use, providing many ways to automate medium complexity tasks.

Generally speaking I am happy with the product.

It helps to automate routine activities while saving time and cost. The flows work with external software and applications as well.

The main problem experienced so far is how fast a loop can time out when you have long flow chart.

Couple that with the numerous templates provided and you have a very useful tool for automation.

For us, the fact that power automate is built In to our Microsoft licensing makes it the perfect way to get more out of our M365 products.

Overall, this tool has helped me to help my customers automate their processes to get the data that they want and need out of our tool.

It takes too much time to find where to start and go on. There is no integration with Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.

This software is very easy to use, can be set up by following a template or from scratch and I recently noticed that it has a new feature that sends you a message in chat in MS teams.

It comes from Microsoft hence the customer support is awesome. Its integrated with other office 365 apps and most importantly outlook to send alerts.

Later on, the main company adopted MS O365 and included PA license as part of the main license and allowing better integration with th e rest of the MS office features. This was a pleasant surprise.

I found it very difficult to figure out if you are not used to the computer science way of coding integration.

This software is very easy to use and does not require any coding background.

If you run into an error it’s difficult to understand how to fix it.

Microsoft delivered a great solution for business process improvements. Power Automate can connect with hundreds of different applications and the product team constantly adds even more.

Having the ability to automate those processes saves both time and money and puts the data into a manageable format for me to analyze.

The integration with various tools is very easy with connectors. No coding knowledge is required which makes this tool beginner friendly.

For developer some time it is inconvenient to debug in case of error.

Power Automate is my favourite tool on the internet. As a creative developer I am able to quickly turn ideas into reality and achieve outstanding results for my organisation.

The biggest disadvantage is that power automate can only be used within the MS office environment.

Power automate cuts out a lot of manual effort. The best feature of this software is it's the fact that it integrates smoothly with the rest of Microsoft O365 environment.

This problem is pushing companies to buy extra licenses /software purchases or make alternative plans with vendors. This is sometimes frustrating.

Mobile application is not fully optimized and lacks several features. Notifications are sometimes hit and miss.

It integrates very well with the other MS office apps.

Developers on the other hand can dive deeper into the power of the tool and its integrations to provide capability to the organisation not possible without such an excellent tool.

I find the tool useful, but its not as intuitive to use as it's made out to be.

One of the most important features with Power Automate is it's ease of use, next to native integration with other Microsoft Products.

Power automate comes with the added advantage that it is customizable in the case where big automation tasks are to be done which simplifies the process.

The pricing is good since you can use it for free as long as you already have a microsoft account.

In itself the efficiency gains of this has offset the adoption costs by a considerable amount.

The software's support model is horrific. Qlik uses value added resellers (aka VAR) for the most part.

Strong Technology, Great Support. Very easy self service capabilities enabling 3rd Gen BI.

Now we just open Qlik Sense and we know it, the overall profit of the company, also per costumer, brand or even product.

There is a lot of material to learn and a good community. Allows you to build your own datawarehouse using Qvds.

Qlik has no idea what VARs are doing and VARs have no idea what Qlik is trying to tell them. Getting a license key correctly can take a few tries.

Great tools to help visualize data and also to help promote self service to management team.

Only thing I can criticize is that the name is confusing for some people in business unit. It is obviously chosen intentionally but they keep confusing Qlik with Click.

Good for having automated reporting and moving away from complex report builds & production.

Which has improved our scope and insights as well as improved our decision making.

The best thing about Qliksense is the speed with which it can analyze and associate large volumes of data.

After initial setup we got in creating connections to uncommon databases that proved very difficult to get setup in Qlik.

Qlik Sense was very good for introducing performance reporting across a large workforce, with varying degrees of responsibilities & therefore access levels.

Qlik Sense is a powerful tool that allows you to monitor the evolution of your management indicators, it has interactive graphs that allow the user to analyze the data intuitively.

The customer support is very good and responsive. A given report can be utilized as a base to make another report so it saves your time to convey necessary info in minimal time with top outcomes.

Great integration with ERP systems and great mobile deployment options.

The product is easy to use. Our users love the speed with which we can now deliver dashboards and analytical reporting.

Integration with business processes was good, and deployment was relatively easy. Ability to produce some nice looking reports for the workforce to help manage performance.

Qliksense has a great interface for building GUI. Also the ability to use custom extensions allows a lot of flexibilty.
