It is at a great price point and was easy to integrate into each tool. I also love the control in limited which records I sync and how new records are or are not created within other platforms.

The beauty of this product is its simple interface that saves me so much time. Manually syncing is just not as efficient or effective.

I looked at some other solutions and found PieSync to be the best option, and the most affordable.

Their customer service has been amazing any time I needed help.

The UI was easy enough to use though not up to par with HubSpot. Since HubSpot recently acquired PieSync, I'd love to see the HubSpot UI/UX adopted since HS does this so well.

Customer service is excellent, though responses often came overnight as opposed to same day.

I like the ease of use for syncing my contacts and monitoring my email campaigns.

The ease of use is superb and they have a decent selection of integrations.

We were using a bespoke tool for this which was a lot more money and less functionality and easy to make changes, this software fitted what we needed and worked.

Overall the experience with PieSync has been great. From competitive pricing to customer support and ease of use we've been very happy.

As soon as the contact downloads the asset, they are immediately imported into Hubspot AND synced to Outreach, which makes my job much easier.

The options on what data to sync is somewhat limited, especially when it comes to customer purchase data.

PieSync made it incredibly easy to set up all the sync integrations, even for me being a non-technical person. I highly recommend this solution and am so happy we chose it.

I'd rare to use a bit of software like this that works so well out of the box and inspires such confidence.

I love the speed of the integration between Active Campaign and our CRM. Also the support by the PieSync team has been amazing for me.

Very easy and lite product and super helpful if you want to share contacts from cloud systems especially within an Office environment.

This puts it a step above other platforms like Zapier because it allows for greater problems to be solved with ease.

That has gotten me in to some trouble a couple times but I have to just remember to turn it off.

It is one of the best software around there for data entry.

Inititally, I was a little confused with how to set up the limitations when it came to disabling the creation of new records from one tool to another.

It really takes less than 5 minutes to setup your sync, and you can choose if the data syncs one-way or both ways. I also love the beta dashboard that shows you everything syncing in real time.

Ready made integrations with most critical SaaS services makes it easy to share data between systems.

And setting up things might be a bit tricky if you’re a newcomer in the world of analytics/JavaScript.

The pricing model (MTUs) when you have a lot of anonymous users can be a problem.

Setting new events is easy and the software is very intuitive. The real-time debugger view is super helpful during software development.

I like most how quickly our developers can add or modify events based on requests from every team in the company.

Certain resolutions to bad data were a challenge to make work.

Great, it helps a lot in collecting customer's information.

The ability to insert third-party snippets on our site through Segment. The pricing structure of charging by usage rather than by seat, making it easy to increase adoption across the org.

It's great if you want to track very basic behaviors like button clicks or form submissions.

Segment is great - great support & documentation. It's very reliable, covering all your third-party integrations.

The ability of centralise all data in the same tool is the best. You can forget about setting so many different tracking tool and pixels in your web or app.

The ability to easily connect disparate sources of customer data. The ease of adding sources and destinations with or without native integration with Segment.

I can't extract the list of events in order to review them offline (in order to manage which to keep and which to disable).

Good experience overall. A great out of the box and flexible solution.

Not all connections are intuitive and the UI makes it hard to find payload information and logs.

No matter how much I emphasize  the urgency, they'll send 1 reply a day, with the most useless information and ask the same basic questions over and over and over again.

It provides full detailed documentation and a few ready SDK that helps a lot of dev to quickly implement this tool inside the platform.

Overall experience has been quite frustrating so far. Hopefully this will change as it looks like this tool has great capabilities.

Segment is a wonderful tool for us due to its intuitive interface, extensive documentation, and ability to debug events.

Easy to setup, great customer support, excellent choice of services, simply amazing.

Custom integration or customization is really hard to do, third parties implementation sometimes lack some essential feature that would become a hard blocker during the integration.

Thus far, I've been able to get the exact data I need, and for that I am grateful to have Segment.

This saves us a ton in developer costs in time, and makes it very easy to vet new tools for our analytics and marketing stacks.

Also the Segment interface is well designed and easy to navigate. The settings for your Destinations are all clear and laid out, so you can make changes effortlessly.
