Great tracking software for Graduate admissions.

The Reviewer portal is a bit cumbersome. Our departments scholarship committees find it difficult to use.

The system is very user friendly and the staff are very helpful and supportive.

Working more efficiently (no errors, make awards quickly and timely)  and reporting is easier.

I am most impressed with the accuracy and depth of the results. One word to describe this software is “personalized.

I used to be able to call and get someone on the phone or online chat with someone. Now, I always have to leave a message and never get anyone on the online chat.

It helps us manage the both the application and selection process for over 150 different scholarships. It's easy for students to apply and for donors and selection committees to review.

Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use. Like the ability to add notes, and ease of making changes.

I love Academic Works the more that I use it. I am very happy that this is the software we chose.

I have missed updating dates in the application from year to year.

It can be hard to track where scholarships are in the process.

Academic works has provided me with the confidence that my students are getting some of the best help they can to find scholarships.

The interface can be clunky and often times, setting up a new scholarship can be problematic (redundancies don't always prevent transcription errors).

Takes a lot of set-up time on the front end and if your college hasnt provide ample support, its a lot of work for a few people.

Just to repeat my above comments really, it's been really useful and vital for me and great value for money.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.

Customer service is great, and it helped me save tons of time on building forms. My client is happy because the design looks great.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

This is a generally good and sometimes great form building software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

They also allow it's users to upload their own company logos which is super nice.

Easy to use, also integrates with whole bunch of other applications like Zoho CRM which is great.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy and fast to create a very attractive looking form.

Using it since the very early days, and I ve seen how it grew over the years. Multifunctional, great customer service, ability to code yourself if needed (and they provide help with that).

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.

I think that JotForm is a cost effective way to integrate easy signup into our website.

Not being a paying customer apparently carries a risk at JotForm???  Really unhappy - disgusted.
