Akiflow integrates with all of my existing tools (no switching cost) and the app is really well thought out. It's boosted my productivity meaningfully.

Honestly, great tool and more than that, the team behind this tool is great, they listen to feedback, you can interact with them, really openminded team.

Akiflow has been my lifesaver for task management.

And then at the start of each day, I drag my tasks onto my calendar where they live and ensure I don't book a meeting over top. Fantastic way to visualize your tasks and stay on top of things.

My overall experience has been excellent. Customer support is incredible and they are developing the app extremely quickly.

I have tested out dozen apps like this, most notably Sunsama, Todoist, TickTick and Akiflow has the best performance (speed), ease of UI (slick user interface), fastest keyboard shortcuts.

It's amazing - great way to keep track of all my tasks from various tools, easy to use.

The biggest thing it's missing is an iOS app - but this is already being worked on.

The real beauty is that you can use all of these features or only a few, as the system is flexible and capable for any personality/workflow.

I love how easy to centralize your tasks from all your sources (mail, slack, notion, etc.) and to dispatch them on a calendar view. I love the reminder before tasks and meetings.

Best thing for me is being able to DRAG&DROP from a ToDo list to a Calendar and automatically syncs with everything. So easy to connect to all tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack and Zoom.

Motion manages and plans tasks automatically much better, but comes in at twice the cost and is also only in browser.

The two biggest pros are the ability to manage one's task list within a calendar, and the responsiveness of the Akiflow team on its Slack community.

I love how fast and sleek the design of this application is. Too many task management systems are clunky and require a lot of time dedicated to maintaining them.

Replaced calendly for me. I love being able to see all my meetings and tasks in the same place, as it helps me be more realistic about planning out my day.

It helped me speed up my workflow and be more productive,  there's no learning curve. It's just so easy to use right out of the bat that you can be productive in minutes.

Happy with Akiflow for the most part. The interface is nice, the reminders are well done, it integrates with Asana, is perfect for time blocking, etc.

Patiently waiting for more 2-way sync integrations with other project management tools. The inability (at this time) to integrate with Outlook calendar accounts.

It is still in Beta so there are still a few bugs but none that are critical, and there is no mobile yet, although it will be released soon as of this review.

IOS version still missing, so only available for Mac at this moment.

I can also integrate my slack, email, todoist, google calendar, and notion and get all the tasks in one place and that just is the most amazing thing about akiflow.

Equally great calendar & task management with a responsive and fast interface makes capturing and blocking time for tasks super easy and actually fun.

I liked the ability to create my tasks and label them. Easy to drop into my calendar.

Dropbox is pretty good about storage and pricing for that storage. Pretty easy to share files to co-workers and give share permissions.

This product is easy to setup and use which make sit great as far as training goes. It can be used as a cloud data repository, shared and has great logging as to who did what and when.

My overall experience with Dropbox Business is great. The product is amazing for what it does and it is extremely easy to use even for beginners.

The product is easy to use and the most important feature that I saw on the app is the drag and drop feature it's so helpful it helps me upload media and files easily it's really a great feature.

Constantly changing UX - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. Suffers from a bit of UX identity crisis.

This software is simple to use and has an excellent free version as well. It is useful to share documents with several people and that everyone has the updated version of the document.

The software has great customer support and tutorials. It is helpful to be able to track changes and see who is editing.

My overall experince is very good, such an amazing experince , speed is and GUI interface is very goood.

It also allows easy collaboration on files and It's pretty easy to use with an excellent user interface. It is also very seamless sharing files with external users.

I'll miss the drag and drop feature that I haven't seen in other options.

I was a team of one in the beginning and i still had to pay a ridiculous $75/month just to use it for myself.

What I like the most about this platform is the large storage capacity that it has, in addition to its value for money, which compared to other platforms has a great competitive advantage in costs.

If I fail to download them, then I no longer have access to the files. It may be that you only have access to files for a certain length of time, in that case the error would be mine.

We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.

Sometimes the files do not sync properly or there are missing files. Another issue is since this is a cloud based platform there are outage problems as well and could use more backup data centers.

Dropbox is affordable, secure, backs up your files, and is easy to use with a team. I believe that the user interface is also quite pleasant.

I like that with ease I can back up important files and files that I want to share with others. For the most part, it's straight forward and lives up to its purpose.

Overall, Dropbox Business is a great tool for storing and sharing all kinds of files, and it offers good features for its price, so we are very happy with it.

I love the ease of accessing my Dropbox files right in my file browser on my computer. It integrates well with both Windows and Mac, and between the different operating systems as well.

Among all others, dropbox is best known for its user interface and organization of files and folders which is very impressive. Its quite to easy to access and use with user-friendly interface.

When it comes to more advanced packages, I highly recommend Dropbox Business. Love the customer service and plethora of features offered with it.

I love that I can finally share large files with others. It's great to be able to bulk upload files via a OS X integration that is seamless.

Horrible, I switched over to Google Drive because of it. It is so incredibly hard to navigate and I think I lost a few files before.

I have been using Dropbox for quite a few now. The ability to storage documents in the cloud is really important and to that add the fact that is super easy to share with other users.

Increasing levels of data protection are needed at this time. This software has superior security performance with good customer support.

We would often get confused about which files were the most recent and individuals would be re-saving files only to see them get lost or not updated correctly.
