"Navigation through the software is straightforward, and I like being able to micromanage each piece of equipment with maintenance records, work orders, shop diagrams, parts inventories, photographs, and vendors all in one place."

"With the new investment of the Enterprise Level, my customer success manager has spent a lot of time assisting with helping us to understand all the new functionality and with data pulls, reporting, and navigating more complex needs."

"MaintainX helps us catalog our sites and complete checklists on a recurring schedule, which supports maintaining the overall health of our systems."

"I also notice a gap between the mobile and desktop experiences — the phone version doesn’t always provide the same level of detail or visibility, which makes it harder to manage things effectively when I’m on the floor."

"We’ve had occasional delays syncing work orders in low Wi-Fi areas of the plant, but nothing that has stopped production or caused major issues."

"The one thing that I don't care for would be how you have to put a date for reoccurring work order populate automatically, if equipment is on a 90-day maintenance the work order should reoccur in 90 days that way if you're late it will compensate I don't like having to tell her what date to reoccur."
