Trackplan FM has a range of features such job request link, QR code usage, forms, contractor management and purchase order request management and navigation through the desktop and mobile application is very intuitive. The management team are very responsive and proactive in both introducing new and enhancing existing features throughout the application via update releases at a greater frequency than would usually be expected. A very stable system frequently applauded by administrators, managers and technicians. Cons: Any initial minor issues were addressed in a timely manner and the team is very open to exploring proposals. It's really good value for such a feature heavy system and it's getting better all the time. We have at times manipulated certain processes to work within some internal processes with the great support of the Trackplan team. The ability to adapt the system in this way has proved invaluable and I love being able to work on development ideas to really tailor to our particular requirements. Cons: I think the biggest issues we've ever had with Trackplan is down to the fact that we're not using 100% in the way that it was intended to be used.
