"A few minor issues: When entering multiple line items on an invoice, sometimes a line or two will disappear and require re-entry. When adding an attachment, it usually appears as if you've added two attachments even when only one was added."

"One drawback is that the employee’s name isn’t shown on the daily log. While there is a picture of the employee, depending on which screen you’re viewing, it’s not always clear who the worker is."

"The unauthorized withdrawal of funds, the failure to honor refund promises, the lack of follow-up, and the non-compliant, confusing structure of the software have made this one of the most disappointing business interactions I have encountered."
