It performs all services it provides well, and at a competitive price point for our small business. The customer support has been consistently very good. Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: The Thryv platform has allowed us to consolidate services that were managed by five or more different platforms (CRM, communications, invoicing, website management, scheduling) into one integrated and highly customizable platform. Switching to this solution saved us over $500 monthly. Customer service is excellent. They are easy to reach, responsive and will go the extra mile to ensure any issue is solved to our satisfaction. This has sometimes included rewriting code. Cons: Because it a very customizable multi-service solution, company wide adoption was a relatively slow process due to its complexity, and proficiency required taking full advantage of Thryv's educational and support process.
