When we contacted them about it (and escalated it), they said, Well, we sent you an email about renewing at the new price. They refuse to cancel our service until the "contract" that auto-renewed at a new price expires. Sorry, I don't read every one of the many emails they send... so, now I'm stuck with a huge bill for a year that I can't afford... and I only use 5% of the services they offer :( Buyers beware.
