Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- IManage does a great job of storing, preserving, and organizing networked information. The organization and search functions are especially nice.
- State-of-the art document and email management software that has great version control, tagging and a robust search.
Cons
- As a result, people are likely to avoid using the product because it makes work processes so much more inefficient.
- The latency for this product is poor. When fully integrated with outlook and other tools, this poor latency means that simple day-to-day tasks take much longer and many more clicks.
