It's easy to teach and train employees on how to use it. Our business has grow significantly since the implementation of ProShop. It's allowed us to take on more work, more difficult work and maintain the same level of overhead. The system is organized nicely and creates a lot of efficiencies in non manufacturing roles. Cons: Some of the menus do get deep and there are a lot of ways to navigate to the same location. Some people like this, and others do not. I also really like the phantom order plug in to get a better idea of how what you are quoting can affect the rest of the orders on each machines schedule before you even get the new order. This allows for much more accurate lead time prediction. All you have to do is conform to the system and you will find very few problems in your operation. Cons: When you go outside the system parameters you can run into issues. I also think the shipping module could use some improvement. For instance, it would be nice if BOL's could be printed through the system while cutting a packing list to the customer. Mostly we are able to modify aspects of PS to work for us but we need slight modifications so we can have the system work as we need to and not modify what we do to fill in the system. 2) The last PS chat I had was the BEST EVER and most helpful experience. Thank \[sensitive content hidden\] for that please. She assisted AND provided the links we previously had not quiet understood which led us to CHAT. She got the meaning of service!
