Hands down, the best TMS out there
I love how the Broker PRO software has everything I need, including, the forms, tracking, reports, ease of use, how it makes billing, invoicing, and everything necessary to run a brokerage. It really is everything a Broker needs. I strongly recommend it to anyone in the freight brokerage industry. Also the support is hands down the best. If I have ever had a problem or needed help with anything, they are always there and very helpful. We have been with them for years and aren't going anywhere.
PROSHow comprehensive, customizable, and easy it is to use without compromising quality.
CONSCan't really think of a single thing that I don't like honestly.

Broker PRO #1 Rated TMS
Broker PRO has played a great role in every aspect of Reliable Logistics Inc and how we now do business. Broker PRO has brought about great changes in how we run our daily operations. To this we are very grateful for our TMS support and everything it offers.
PROSReliable Logistics Inc uses Broker PRO daily for all aspects of our business. We love its functionality and user friendliness in every module we use. When searching for a new TMS a little over a year ago, Broker Pro went above and beyond our list of expectations delivering a product that was superior to our older TMS. The support we have with these guys far outweighs any in the business. They take pride in their product enough to answer the phone and assist to troubleshoot any issue at hand promoting great customer satisfaction. CONSThere are no cons to using Broker PRO as your TMS.
Reason for choosing Broker PRO
ITS Dispatch did not meet what we were looking for in a TMS. ITS Dispatch didn't offer multiple customer billing. Also didn't offer a way for us to attach multiple documents to a load when billing (Carrier freight bills, rate confirmations, proof of delivery). For our multi fascinated business, ITS Dispatch couldn't meet our needs.
Reasons for switching to Broker PRO
LOADPlus was very hard to get a hold of tech support. Once a ticket was submitted, it would be hours before our call was returned. TMS was not as user friendly or ease of field search, reporting, and not web based.

Lots of Promises - Very little follow through
We have been incredibly disappointed in what seemed like such a promising system when we first signed on. If you have plenty of money to spend, this may be the system for you. Otherwise I would highly consider using pen and paper over this.
PROSWhen we first signed on with this software and started using it, it was very intuitive and the company was very responsive. Over time, they have made major changes to how the system works and removed features we used with regularity because their IT team (one single guy from what I can tell) decided it wasn't important.
CONSTheir technical support is useless and customer service is non-existent. Unless of course you are willing to pay through the nose for it. The changes they made were done with no warning so we never had an opportunity to make a case to keep features. Their customer service has dropped dramatically. There is one person who responds to system issues, I didn't believe when my team was complaining about the inability to talk to him and his tendency to point fingers at anything other than BrokerPro for being the problem, then I actually got on the phone with him. Unfortunately every complaint I had ever received turned out to be true. Even when the issue is BrokerPro's servers not working. More often than not, when we can actually get some support, it is some sort of work around rather than them actually fixing the issue at hand. They bandaid over issues.

Great TMS Partner for your Brokerage
They are great!
PROSI love that it pulls all the information over from MCP on the carriers and you can search their equipment type, lanes/states, home states, past loads. They are well priced, no contracts which is great! I love that we can email mass email from within the system. You are able to send customers updates directly from the system. You are able to customize the check calls and status how you like that. You are able to group the load board by dispatcher or sales person. The staff is super friendly and they take your needs seriously. ALSO -- they are integrated with SaferWatch and MCP so it's super great about making sure you are on top of your carrier's status and insurance.
CONSOne thing would be to make it easier to create primary carriers and put the carriers into groups to email. I wish there was a button in the carrier file to assign that carrier to a primary email list.

It's details in the loads, connection with an Onboarding and Insurance Monitoring service, pricing, no contract, and the carrier maintenance files, custom-ability of the load manager.

Broker Pro
BrokerPro is easy to use and needs little to now training. Its ease of use has increased our productivity and allowed us to focus on employee development and company growth. Integration with other other programs have been painless.
CONSThere is nothing we like the least. Software has been a solid build.
