Awesome Product and Support Staff
Payroll and tax payments can be time consuming and Gusto allows for the accounting team to do more important work and still feel like everything is being taken care of on the payroll side. Their customer service teams are extremely supportive and helpful.
PROSAuto-sync and tax payments are the best features of the product that go above other products. Gusto will file the taxes for you, will send corrections if need be, and keeps track of all of that for your ease of mind. Their customer service team is above reproach, always willing to look into a problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
CONSThis is nitpicky, but the layout of the website often changes slightly. It would be nice if there was more consistency in the format. But the tool itself is above reproach.

Gusto is a really good choice for small business owners who want to have the support of a full payroll service program, without the crazy costs that can go along with that.
Reasons for switching to Gusto
QBO Payroll requires you to file most of the extra paperwork and taxes yourself, but Gusto takes care of that automatically for you.

Gusto is easy to use, has all features needed to easily and efficiently manage HR tasks - payroll, org chart, time off requests - overall full suite of services offered is robust
CONSPricing is always an area we look at with SAAS software - there are competitive solutions at reasonable prices

Gusto has some nice features but it's unreliable and has terrible customer service
Overall we're disappointed and it's caused a lot of issues with our business that could have been avoided.
PROSThere are some nice features and a sleek user interface.
CONSIt's unreliable with payroll deposits and the customer service is terrible.

Excellent, user-friendly payroll app
It's an excellent app with no issues whatsoever that we have encountered so far.
PROSIt is very user friendly and easy for the contractors to set up. The tracking is very clear and it issues 1099s at the end of the year electronically.
CONSThe initial stage of payroll delays the payroll for a longer period of time but after a few months, you have the option then of next day.
Reasons for switching to Gusto
Looking for something easier than the two step situation of paypal and quickbooks. This also allows the contractor to keep money in their pocket instead of paypal taking a fee.
