Value for services is reasonable although if the tax processing and communication with support for tax processing does not improve, we will have to move to another provider. The timesheet function then matches the employee's time to their schedule making it easy to review for errors or employee issues. The payroll processing is very quick and user friendly. #### Cons Payroll tax payment processing. One of our payments was not done in a timely manner. Follow-up with Homebase support, that seems to use an outside source for payroll tax filing and payment, took more than 6 months to resolve and the tax authority still shows us as delinquent and owing penalties. I could not speak directly with a payroll tax processing support person. #### Reasons for choosing Homebase We were already using Homebase for scheduling and pricing was competitive. #### Reasons for switching to Homebase Paychex Flex PEO was too expensive for use with our part-time employees which is the bulk of our work force. We were already using Homebase for Scheduling these employees and decided to try Homebase payroll as a solution. #### Vendor response Thank you for this thorough review. They did mess up on our taxes and owe us for taxes they paid in error.
