Effective solution for hr& recruiting process improvement
The company has an amazing support team! They answer all questions quickly and clearly, setting up the system is simple.
PROSCandidates and employees are gathered in single database. It takes a couple of seconds to get analytics, create a survey or payroll report. The system saves you a lot of time.
CONSI would like to see in the system Performance Review. Right now this kind of survey can be created via Templates, but it would be great to have it automatically.

Our company has been using Hurma System for more than three years. We are grateful for this excellent Ukrainian product. We were lucky to see how the product was improved and how quickly and qualitatively new features appeared. It is especially nice that they kept in touch and responded quickly to our needs. In particular, we requested synchronization of the Hurma System Calendar with Google Calendar. We got the result soon! We appreciate the regular communication with the Hurma System representative to share feedback and get the answer to our questions in the early period of use. The API allows you to request an exit through a bot in Telegram, but for some reason, employees do not use it. Maybe it's inconvenient for themBut we know that the Hurma team is working on implementing these features, so it means no disadvantages but many expectations! If you/your business is looking for the optimal HR CRM, we recommend using Hurma System. So stand with Ukraine and choose the best.

Good service for HR and Employee Management
In addition to the above advantages, Hurma service in general is good for managing employees, convenient and easy to gather everyone in one place, clear schedules and requests makes accounting work days convenient. Great subscription price for a service with so many features. Compared to other similar services, the price is lower, but the number of features is much higher.
PROSFor our team at Quema, the most impactful features were the creation of absence requests and various events with questionnaires for each employee. In general, Hurma is easy to use. We have not had any major problems or difficulties in the entire time we have used it. When we had some questions, the support at Hurma handled it pretty well. Always quick and clear enough.
CONSOf the disadvantages of using the service, I can only highlight the lack of settings Time-off types. I would like to add change and select icons, сhanging the settings of each absence, number of absences.

CONVENIENT RECRUITING SOLUTION
it is a great product for a fair price. It covers all our basic needs, is user-friendly, many features are self-explanatory and the rest is covered by support
PROSHurma helps keep track of all the workflows and processes without too much hassle. The system also allows sending notifications to the whole teams at once, which is much more convenient than phoning them one by one
CONSHurma cannot import CV directly from Monster and Indeed

Convenient simple tool for personnel policy
Until recently, the HR department was drowning in a routine, and thanks to this product, we got rid of it quite a lot. Now everything is simple and easy for us.
