A simple and very efficient software to manage your payroll needs. The product can be easily used by any layman user. Does not require any big learning curve. Combined with Zoho people it will be a good product for any small or medium sized cos. #### Cons There are some rigid things. You will have issues if you dont exit a person on the last day of the month. No incentive was offered There have been issues with Zoho Payroll from day 1, and their support takes 7 days to answer an email, and then even longer to act on the issue. My required monthly reports to the state were not completed, and 1st quarter payroll forms are still missing 2 months into 2nd quarter. Tax information has also been totally screwed up, and earnings were misreported. How can that even be possible, shouldn't their system be able to keep track of something as simple as a monthly check for a single individual? I am going on 3 weeks since my request to them to furnish the documents, and I'm getting the runaround. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 2/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 2/5 #### Pros I have liked nothing about my experience with Zoho. the onboarding experience was very bumpy and there were errors in the way information uploaded from my previous payroll company was recorded, and it took them forever to fix it. #### Cons Terrible support, huge lag times between issues being reported and even getting a response from them. Missing 941 forms have not been supplied. I cannot trust this company, and cannot continue to use them even though I had prepaid for the year. That is how bad this experience has been.
