Fishbowl has had a lot of ups and down for our team. It has been a great tool to track inventory but not the greatest tool to develop quotes in a fast quoting environment. Some features are fairly easy to use but it is a lot to learn about and takes time becoming an expert in the system. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros I like that Fishbowl is a great inventory system and shows a lot of material data and revenue per item being sold. I do enjoy the ease of placing orders inside fishbowl and developing transfer orders to process our additional locations. I also enjoy the ease to fulfilled a order in fishbowl as well. #### Cons I do not like how unforgiving Fishbowl is when a mistake has been made after an order has been fulfilled, adjusting any errors seems pretty difficult to do in fishbowl on processed orders after they have been fulfilled. It is also very hard to develop reports inside of fishbowl as well unfortunately fishbowl spits out a lot of reports per item and not by per order or quote. I also am not a fan of the constant restarting the server when it comes to setting up new location groups.
