"My providers like the simple notes section to document their sessions. And submitting claims to insurance is very simple."

"SimplePractice was my initial stop when looking for HIPAA compliant charting, however, as a counselor in solo private practice, it isn't the option I ended up going with due to it not being the best value for the money. If other options provide the same level of service for less money it's a no brainer."

"There is also no way to use non-traditional insurances and still pull reports for how much that company owes."

"My biggest drawback right now is the fact that I can't create a bulk invoice statement without deleting old ones and creating new ones. Although that is something I hate I can't do, I wouldn't consider it a major issue, because this is a suggestion that has been brought to the developers of SimplePractice, and the way they continuously upgrade and make changes to meet their customer's needs, this may not be an issue for too long."
