My agency managed a team of 35 with multiple service departments out of Asana, and it made things really clean and easy to use. I think that it's relatively affordable, meaning that it has a lot of value. It's also very easy to use, and a lot of the basic features out of the box, such as automated tasks, recurring tasks, multiple project views, etc., are very helpful. I also really like the customized and saved views and filters, as in manager, to be able to track others' tasks and progress as well in an easy manner. #### Cons I think that sometimes it's easy to get confused within Asana. Also, I will say the search feature is not very good, so if you're looking for a task, it can be very difficult to find, especially if it's completed. Due to this, I actually don't use the "my tasks" section so much. I actually created a separate board that all of the tasks assigned to me go to. It's great to be able to break up a project into sections and give out tasks one at a time. The timeline is particularly helpful to view how everything fits together. I think as a small team we don't need super high-level tools and it's not super intuitive, but it's not overly complex, either. #### Cons At times the notification system turns out to be overwhelming. When handling multiple projects it's easy to miss the priority, if it's merely an update.
