After a few initial bumps getting it installed and working properly (customer support was great to work with), this has been functioning really, really well for us. The Google reviews was especially helpful because despite our overwhelmingly positive customer feedback, a few upset customers left us negative Google reviews and we were having a hard time directing others there to balance them out. Shopper Approved made it super easy and our Google ratings are through the roof. The Customer Care/Resolution process is also a really nice touch, enabling our customer service team to proactively engage with customers that were not totally satisfied.
