We have saved a ton of money. The portal is great, I love the break down we can get.

In addition, the support team is great with assisting with user issues and providing tips and information when dealing with a service provider for possible credits and overcharges.

The alerts area is fantastic to help you deal with the low hanging fruit to better manage your wireless program on a day to day basis.

Servers Down Constantly Lead to Failures in Purchases.

Need to capture more information from merchants where cards are used. Fraudulent transactions are hard to chase down due to the limited information provided by the merchants.

If I had one “complaint” it would be that I didn’t discover this sooner.

I was able to easily pre-fund my account. When they closed our account unexpectedly, they did refund our payment quickly.

We have had a couple fraudulent transactions that we could not pursue legally due to the lack of merchant info provided.

We found this out when a transaction declined and then we were unable to log in, and reached out to a rep. No communication, even an automated email, informed us.

We love the ease of the Emburse. It is great to use with contracted employees.
