Phenomenal CMMS Platform
From dealing with true sales team, working through the implementation process and working with support it has been such a refreshing change to deal with Click Maint CMMS
PROSClick Maint is our go-to solution for managing work orders, repairs, and scheduled maintenance at our office building. It keeps us organized and on top of everything, from equipment warranties to contractor management and repair costs. We receive timely notifications for maintenance needs, ensuring proactive upkeep. The mobile app allows us to efficiently manage tasks on the go, offering ease of use, affordability, and quick setup.
CONSSo far I really do not have any bad things to say

Great app for maintenance requests and work orders
Click Maint is easy to use and is a major improvement over our previous system. It wasn't easy to use and it performed poorly - crashed, and was buggy. Click Maint is great for maintenance requests and work orders at our school.
PROSur school just implemented Click Maint for managing maintenance requests and work orders. It's been great. Our old system was not easy to use and it always had bugs and issues. Click Maint makes it easy to submit maintenance requests and get updates on the status of the work order. I love it because I can scan a QR Code with my iPhone and get the request in.
CONSI only use the app for maintenance requests and getting updates on the work orders status. There is nothing bad I can say about it.
Reasons for switching to Click Maint CMMS
Wasn't my choice. But the change has been good.

Very happy with Click Maint CMMS
Ease of use, very intuitive, took very little time to be familiar with software
CONSNot as robust as some others but I feel they will be soon

Great support and easy to setup
Click Maint has been great to work with. From our first contact, demo and trial, their team was very responsive. Once we purchased, their support team got us set up and trained and using the software within a week.
PROSClick Maint is very easy to work with. We really needed something simple to track requests and work orders and the odd preventive maintenance. We were using spreadsheets before and this was eating up way too much time. Click Maint was perfect for us. The cost is very affordable and they have been great to work with. The mobile app was an added bonus. Not something that we thought we would need. But now we use it all the time.
CONSI can't think of anything. We are a small operation and Click Maint has been great so far and does everything we need it to.
Reason for choosing Click Maint CMMS
We chose Click Maint because their team was really responsive. Prices between many of the products were close. Click Maint was really easy to use, and price was great and they were very responsive.

Exceptional, cost-effective service. User friendly, and the staff at Click Maint are easy to deal with. I would highly recommend using this system for all your maintenance needs. It is reliable and has all the functions that you need when managing multiple homes.
PROSThe pros of Click Maint are that it is a user-friendly, cost-effective system that enables us to manage our daily business needs. The staff at Click Maint are available to answer any of our questions promptly. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend it.
CONSI do not have any issues with Click Maint CMMS.

Easy to use product with great customer service
[sensitive content hidden] was my first point of contact, and he kept in touch and demonstrated the product very well. He was not pushy and gave me the time required to make a decision on whether to go with Click Maint or not. I've only dealt with [sensitive content hidden], and both guys are great and kept me engaged. Click Maint is an easy to use product which means our requirements and budget.
PROSEase of use - our maintenance people are not tech savvy and they were able to use it with minimal training.
CONSThe mobile app is simplistic and lacks some functionality in some areas. However Click Maint is constantly making enhancements to it which is great.

Costs - Click Maint was able to give us a great price for our requirements.

Great for managing work orders and tasks
It is easy to use and the customer support is great. This software was really easy to set up and get our staff using it

Simple, easy and great value
Great experience. Click Maint is a newer company so we get a lot of attention. They are really responsive and if we have any questions they are fast to answer and really helpful. As they grow, I hope this continues.
PROSThe best thing about this software was how fast it was to set up and start using. I used a CMMS in the past (it's been a while). This is night and day.. I really was hesitant about looking into these systems because of my past experience. Click Maint is inexpensive and really easy to use. We were doing work orders after the first kick-off call with their onboarding specialist.
CONSIt's not the best for tracking tools. There is no check-in check-out. But that is fine. We can use the assets module and inventory module. Other than that, it's great.

Easy to use and simple to set up. Great value. Makes managing work orders easy.
They have been great to work with, They helped us get set up in weeks and the support is responsive when we need help.
PROSEverything about it is great. We are a small operation and don't have too many work orders. But this solution really made things easy to track and manage. For the cost, it was well worth it.
CONSNothing to date. If anything, the mobile app could use a few more features but the folks at Click Maint say more is coming.
Reason for choosing Click Maint CMMS
Price and ease of use. Some of the platforms I looked at were more than what we needed and looked overly complex. They were good but too much for us and we would have ended up paying for features we did not need. Click Maint was the best fit and the price is great.

Great software for preventative maintenance!
Click Maint is really easy to use and it has had a great impact since we started using it. Work gets done faster.
