I really don't have any thing i greatly dislike about it.

The integration feature is fantastic and saves so much time. We track appointments, conversions, our transactions, payroll, expenses, EVERYTHING through SISU.

The integration with our CRM allowed us to move over easily into SISU to track metrics.

There isn’t really anything we feel is missing.

If you determine the product does not work for you, you have to jump through hoops to cancel. After you cancel, they start up your subscription again without notifying you.

Transactions are easily monitored at a glance with the use of pipeline and task list is extremely helpful to stay on top of daily tasks and as reminders throughout.

What I love the most about SISU overall is it's ability to see the future.

Not user friendly, difficult to connect with required programs such as Skyslope and Boomtown. Inability to function as marketed.

By far the best customer support we have experienced with any of the many systems we have used. Their response time is unreal.

The only dislike i have is whenever it doesnt populate info correctly.

It is clear to see what you are earning YTD and monthly. Good snap shot and relatively easier to access than payroll software.

Redeeming rewards has been fantastic. Shows how well we're doing for KPIs as a store pretty well.

You can't sort the line items out which can be frustrating.

There isn't very much i dislike about Performio, my only dislikes regarding the program is the design and layout.
